Insurance Business Game
Business Simulations (or Business Games) are an experience-based learning tool that allow you to practice what you have learned (theoretical input, knowledge shots, information) in a progressive, dynamic and competitive format. So what does that mean? Subject matter experts and trainers will introduce insights and topics to you that you can then immediately apply. You will take over management of companies in a fictive marketplace and make strategic and operational decisions over several periods. That means that you will get immediate feedback on the quality of your decision-making and can improve in the next round. The competitive and progressive setup will also give you a deep insight on how well you manage to do complex thinking and problem solving under time pressure. While this sounds very serious, we can guarantee you that it is great fun. Welcome to the business game experience!
